From the fields to the counter

Everything starts in the fields of our farm, Le Cascine: we harvest it, carry it to our workshop and work it there. It becomes honey, jam or a preserve in a jar, or gelato, churned every day and sold fresh at the counter. La Dispenseria is the last step of that chain: our farm’s own shop, not a reseller.
